Endoscopy course

The Clinical Psychology and Education course provides participants with the knowledge, skills and competencies in psychology and education necessary to work in clinical and educational settings.

    • Definition and history of endoscopy
    • Principles and main types of endoscopic procedures
    • Instruments and equipment for endoscopy
  2. Endoscopic diagnostics (40 hours)
    • Preparing the patient for endoscopic examinations
    • Gastroscopy: examination of the stomach and esophagus
    • Colonoscopy: examination of the large intestine
    • Bronchoscopy: examination of the bronchi and lungs
    • Esophagogastroduodenoscopy: examination of the esophagus, stomach and duodenum
    • Ultrasound endoscopy: a combination of ultrasound diagnostics and endoscopy
  3. Endoscopic surgery (120 hours)
    • Operative endoscopy: fundamentals and techniques
    • Laparoscopy: examination and surgical interventions in the abdominal cavity
    • Thoracoscopy: examination and surgical interventions in the chest cavity
    • Gynecological endoscopy: examination and surgical interventions in gynecology
    • Urological endoscopy: research and surgical interventions in urology
    • Endoscopic neurosurgery: research and surgical interventions in neurosurgery
  4. Endoscopic resuscitation (16 hours)
    • Patient monitoring and care during endoscopic procedures
    • Recognizing and managing complications of endoscopy
    • Ethics and safety in endoscopy
    • Cases of emergency endoscopy and resuscitation
  5. Practical skills and internship (72 hours)
    • Training sessions on endoscopy simulators
    • Participation in real endoscopic procedures under the guidance of experienced specialists
    • Assessment and development of endoscopy skills through practical exercises and feedback
